Brad Welsh has been with the State of Indiana for nearly a decade, bringing extensive expertise and dedication to his role. He began his career with the State as a team lead for the project delivery team, where he gained in-depth knowledge of the State Enterprise and agency applications.
Currently, Brad leads the State’s Application Performance Management (APM) Program. His primary goal is to empower partner agencies to proactively monitor and support their business-critical applications, ensuring seamless performance and reliability across essential systems.
