As a Deputy Assistant National Cyber Director within the White House’s Office of National Cyber Director, Lisa directs ONCD’s cyber coordinated efforts that focus on Federal, International and SLTT governments. Lisa advises the National Cyber Director on implication of cyber security priorities on government agencies. This includes Cybersecurity EOs, zero trust, AI/ML and others.
Previous to the ONCD, Lisa served 13 years with the Department of Homeland Security and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), focusing on federal cybersecurity governance and cybersecurity supply chain risk management. Lisa has served as a Senior Advisor and program lead on supply chain to the Office of Management and Budget, reporting directly to the Federal CISO. holds a Master’s degree in National Security and Resource Strategy; an Executive Chief Information Security Officer certification through Carnegie Mellon; and is a Certified Information Security Manager.
