I currently serve as the Chief Digital & Information Officer at Merlin Group, where I lead the company’s digital strategy, technology architecture, and enterprise AI implementation efforts. I also partner with Merlin’s affiliates and portfolio companies to strengthen digital capabilities and accelerate the deployment of mission-ready technologies for government and critical infrastructure organizations.
Previously, I served as Chief Information Officer at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where I led enterprise technology initiatives to secure critical infrastructure and strengthen national resilience. Earlier in my career, I held senior leadership roles at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), managing large teams and modernizing mission-critical systems.
I hold a degree from Fordham University and am a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
